Shipping Policy

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders typically ship within 3 business days of being placed. In the case of backorders, shipping will occur by the estimated date provided on the website and in your order confirmation email.

All products ordered will be delivered to the shipping address you provide. If Movemate provides an expected shipping date, such date is an estimate, cannot be guaranteed and is subject to change. Movemate shall not be liable for any change in such expected shipping date.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. The shipping provider (typically UPS) may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the shipping provider will attempt redelivery up to two more times before holding the package at a nearby location for pick-up within 5 days. Failure to pick up the package within the allotted time frame will result in the package being returned to us, and you will be responsible for all related shipping costs.

We highly recommend keeping close tabs on the tracking page related to your shipment to view updates and know when the shipping provider will be attempting a delivery.

If you need to make any kind of changes to your shipment (i.e. date of delivery, location etc.), or have any issues/questions please contact us at your earliest convenience at hello@letsmovemate.com.

Any delivery or non-receipt issues must be reported to us within 5 days of the delivery date indicated on the tracking number supplied. This allows us to file a claim with the shipping carrier (typically UPS) for further investigation. Based on the outcome of the investigation, we will either send you a replacement board or cancel the order and issue a full refund, including any shipping fees paid.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?

Shipping is not included in the price of Movemate due to the vastly variable costs associated with shipping Movemate Products across North America and the rest of the world. You will be presented with the best shipping option at checkout.

DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT FEES FOR SHIPPING OUTSIDE USA & CANADA?

For orders being shipped outside USA and Canada, you may be liable to pay Import Fees, which can include taxes, duties, and brokerage fees. These fees are payable either through the shipping provider (i.e. UPS), an assigned 3rd party Customs Broker or directly to your country's Import Authority.

Whether you incur any such import fees, and how much fees you incur, depends on the policies of each individual receiving country and assigned brokerage. Some countries do not charge any fees from imports from Canada, and others do. It is advisable to conduct your research before placing your order.

You are wholly liable to pay any such charges which are determined by each country's Import Authority and the assigned Import Broker. In the event of non-payment of these Import Fees, your order may be held by the shipping provider and sent back. In the event that it is sent back, no refund will be provided.
