Return Policy

Movemate offers first-time buyers in the USA and Canada the opportunity to try their new Movemate Board ("Product") with peace of mind for 30 days after delivery. If you're not happy with your experience and would like to return the Product, simply contact our Member Support Team at hello@letsmovemate.com within 30 days of delivery, and we'll coordinate the return of your Product.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THIS OFFER?

  • First-time purchasers of any new Product.
  • Buyers in the USA and Canada.
  • International buyers situated outside of the USA and Canada are not eligible.

WHAT IS REFUNDABLE?

  • Your Movemate Product, provided it is returned in its original packaging (consisting of the internal branded box that contained the product and the external plain protective shipping box that protects the internal branded box) and in 'like-new' condition.
  • Movemate reserves the right to make a reasonable deduction for use if your Movemate Product is not in 'like-new' condition, as determined by Movemate at its reasonable discretion. In the event of substantial damage to the Product, Movemate reserves the right to refuse a refund.
  • Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable. However, you will not be charged shipping for your return.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN?

  • To initiate a return, contact our Member Support Team at hello@letsmovemate.com with your Order Number within 30 days of delivery to receive a prepaid shipping label and detailed return instructions.
  • The Product must be dispatched within 10 days of receiving the prepaid return shipping label.
  • Once we receive the board, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria before processing your refund. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.

TRIAL OFFER DOES NOT APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING

  • More than one Movemate Product per Customer.
  • Movemate Products returned with excessive wear and tear or without their original packaging.
  • Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and ferry-accessible locations in the USA.

WARRANTY CLAIM

If a defect claim is successfully approved under the terms of our Limited Lifetime Warranty, and you choose to return the board instead of having it repaired or replaced, you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs paid during your initial purchase and shipping costs incurred to return your Movemate Product.
